Larger homes often involve significantly more inspection and reporting time due to their size, complexity, and additional systems and features than my schedule allows.
Rather than compromise the level of detail and service that has been the foundation of my business, I have chosen to focus on properties within this size range. This allows me to provide the comprehensive inspections consistently and timely reports that my clients deserve.
If your home exceeds approximately 3,400 square feet, I would be happy to discuss the property and scheduling options with you and, if appropriate, provide a referral to another qualified inspector.I will conduct a post-closing home inspection if you have lived in the home for less than 4 weeks. The type of property, property size, condition, weather, and the buyer's needs are just a few factors that determine the length of a home inspection. Generally, most inspections last approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. Larger homes and multi-unit properties require longer inspection times.
